To add a member: Add their name, exact Google-account email, role, and dashboard access here first. Leave Firebase UID blank. On their first SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE, Firebase creates or links their Authentication account and the dashboard fills in the UID automatically.
✉ EMAIL CONFIG
The Resend API key now lives server-side as the Firebase secret RESEND_API_KEY (set it with firebase functions:secrets:set RESEND_API_KEY), so it is no longer entered or stored in the browser.
Use ✉ EMAIL AUTOMATION here for team emails. Member/customer email tools stay in their own tabs.

Force every open tab onto the current code. Use this right after deploying a data-shape change, once you have reloaded onto the new version yourself. The version number is baked into the deployed code; this button only raises the floor.
